Along these lines of manipulating and controlling agencies we can look at a page from the first, infamous, National Socialist Party to reveal a secret from the master playbook.

Although Nazi leaders were shrewd and excelled in particular areas, Hitler did not always appoint the brightest and the best.  He actually sought out persons with significant flaws and secretly encouraged rivalries between them to keep them insecure and busy jockeying to protect their respective power bases.  Consequently, they constantly competed for Hitler’s favor, and were always eager to please him.   It was an effective leadership strategy that maintained a flux or fluid situation whereby Hitler could act decisively and quickly without having to prepare them with explanations that could tell them more than he wanted them to know, or allow them time to consider objections.

This style of leadership also helps to ensure there is no leadership challenge; something that Hitler consciously guarded against. Where else can we see this style to day?

Examine for a moment the luminaries that comprise recent appointments to high office in America.  It is hard to imagine assembling such a large group with such low mentalities without there having been a criterion to do so.  They are probably only being told what they need to know to respond to the next forecasted, or preplanned, events.

To wit:

1) Ben Bernanke, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. Bernanke was interviewed several times just prior to the 2008 housing collapse and grilled over warnings other economists were giving, some with startling accuracy, that home prices would plummet and take the economy with it.  In July 2005, Bernanke thought it was “a pretty unlikely possibility” that there would be a substantial drop in prices nationwide, and any stabilization in prices wouldn’t veer the economy off its full employment path⁴⁵.  Bernanke, Fed Chair, apparently didn’t see that there was a housing bubble ready to pop when there was abundant evidence housing was way over priced and that people with far less responsibility could plainly see it, and explain why it existed, before the bubble exploded.

If Bernanke is to be given the benefit of the doubt, he would look even worse than incompetent.  The powers behind the Central Bank knew it didn’t matter how big the bubble got before it blew up, and actually the bigger it got the better it would be for them.  Prices were artificially high, higher than they could ever reach in a real market.  The behind the scenes bankers knew they were cashing in on tsunami of bad mortgages that would be insured by nothing less than a federal bailout; the taxpayers would be forced to pay the bill and cover the loses.

2) Eric Holder, Attorneys General. Holder ran a Fast and Furious gun running operation to Mexican drug lords that had nothing to do with disarming drug cartels and everything to do with disarming Americans by planting evidence to use in lobbying for more stringent gun controls.  Holder has complained that Americans continue to “self-segregate on the weekends and their private lives,” and has called us: “Essentially a nation of cowards.”⁴⁶ He most assuredly was not referring to black America at the time.  A racist with a chip on his shoulder out to get ‘white’ America, he is incompetent and easily mislead.  He may be able to tolerate Caucasians because of the sense of superiority he feels by his rank.

If Holder is to be given any benefit to the doubt, the best that can be said regarding his comment on our private lives is that the remark is in concert with programs such as the GIVE Act where government agents would apply group dynamics on the weekends to mold the citizenry. Holder is either unaware that freedom of association is guaranteed in the First Amendment’s provision of freedom of assembly and free speech, or he embraces some variant of communitarianism enforced at the federal level; a National Socialist.

3) Janet Napolitano, Secretary, Department of Homeland Security. To hear Napolitano testify on budget cuts to programs which actually do help protect flight passengers is more than embarrassing. At a House Homeland Security Committee hearing, Napolitano defended cuts to a training program, that pilots used their own vacation days and money to attend in order to arm pilots; who are the last of defense in a hijacking.⁴⁷ A stoutly wooden personality herself, Napolitano sided with a fellow non-sentient object as the last line of defense: the unarmed cockpit door.

Napolitano actually testified that the cockpit door was the last line of defense for flight passenger hijacked by terrorists. How successful has that proven to be? Napolitano is presumptuous, condescending, and as is the case with most incompetents she believes she is imbued with superior perspicuity by virtue of the position she holds.

Proof in the Night To prove that something on the magnitude of a National Socialist’s takeover of America has begun, we would expect to see at least the shadow of the large clandestine operation necessarily mobilized behind the scenes. Now we turn to an interesting, though underreported, phenomenon.

In June 2009, Blackhawk helicopters took to the air at night and in the early morning hours over the skies of Los Angeles, California, reportedly for military training exercises for the purpose of familiarizing special combat units with urban settings when they are deployed overseas.  The helicopters practiced orientating between City Hall and other downtown sky scrapers. The training wasn’t open to the public.⁴⁰

In March 2011, Air Force Special Operations, along with all four branches of the military, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security, maneuvered a training exercise on a much larger scale in Panama City, Florida.  In that operation, dubbed “Emerald Warrior,” they were reportedly testing new night vision equipment, but the exercises included military personnel who participated by wearing civilian clothes and driving unmarked vehicles. The scope of these training exercises was revealed to be greater than a single city operation when it was learned that the Emerald exercise encompassed most of Florida, some of Texas, and parts of North Carolina.⁴¹

In August 2011, army helicopters again took to the sky at night for training, this time over the city of Boston, Massachusetts.  In that exercise, massive train convoys were reportedly observed coordinating in the exercise.  Again, the training was not open to the public.⁴²

In 2012, the Blackhawks were back in Los Angeles to “boost the military’s urban operation skills,” and the helicopters practiced at night locating the U.S Bank building and Staples Center, a large indoor stadium.⁴³ This is not a complete list of these secretive training operations, but this is not an American phenomenon.

In 2011, the Canadian Special Operations Aviation Squadron conducted night time helicopter exercise over sky scrapers in Windsor and beyond.  They were testing the pilot’s ability to fly at night (one would think if pilots’ ability required testing it wouldn’t take place over populated cities).⁴⁴ This military training phenomenon is most likely occurring in the Eurozone, and elsewhere.  Local law enforcement agencies are also deployed in these training exercises; either in support roles, or being supported by the military.

While the official explanation, technical and urban readiness training for overseas, seems strained, a case could be made for preparedness to deal with the coming breakdown of civil order when the world economy collapses and no one can afford, or find, food.  What is coming to America will make Greece look like a picnic, and governments are planning for it.  Not everyone in government knows the extent of the planning, or what’s coming.  No doubt, the military in the Black Hawks believe they’re earning certifications and training for overseas.  The higher echelons being used in the conspiracy are on a need-to-know intelligence feed, and even many in top agency positions are unaware of the next move or the direction it will take.

On this subject of law enforcement, entrapment and deception, the author has heard testimony as a juror from undercover vice squad detectives.  It was testified in court that it is the modus operandi for detectives pursuing a prostitution bust to completely disrobe in front of prostitutes and persuasively lie to them; convincing them they were not police, and were potential customers.  Further, it was disclosed that professional development training for these undercover detectives included classes which trained other officers in the techniques of deception and lying, and the detective testifying had amongst his credentials cited by the prosecution 15 years in the vice squad and five years actually teaching such a class.

When I raised the concern in the deliberation room that jurors, predisposed to believe testimony of police officers in a courtroom, might be even more easily deceived than suspicious criminals, the concern was completely lost on them.

Nevertheless, we live in an age of deception the likes of which has not been seen since the dawn of humanity.  Any person today would be wise to occasionally conduct an inventory of recent contacts and information sources.  Especially make an assessment when considering adopting a markedly different position, or taking some action the nature of which represents a large departure from one’s present persuasion.  They should ask themselves who they were listening to, how they met them, why they were listening to them, and where did that person, or those persons, really come from.  And who might they otherwise be.

Now, with all that in mind, and in the spirit of manufacturing cases, let’s take another one from the Black Ops play book and create a scenario. The acronym for the TEA party, a popular grass roots uprising in response to government profligacy, is ‘Taxed Enough Already.’  How difficult would it be for an Eric Holder to run a Fast and Furious double-blind infiltration of the TEA party with unwitting sovereign sympathizers, and manipulate them to commit an act of domestic terrorism against a government office?  Such an operation would produce the new National Socialist’s Reichstag fire.

That’s how an FBI sting operation might go down, and those with no criminal record are especially vulnerable.  Let’s call the foregoing conjecture, but on this you can depend. The FBI specialists are trained to deceive, to successfully lie to the most difficult to persuade; accomplished, suspicious, career criminals. They have the time and the budget to make it work and the stuff you see on TV doesn’t scratch the surface.³⁷   (part 13)

The reason the real extent of a sting operation is never voluntarily revealed in the courtroom is due to the probability of an entrapment defense.  If it could be proved that the idea for committing the crime was subtlety developed over time by a sting operative (s), that the mark was largely persuaded by undercover team members, and that the mark would probably not have committed the manufactured crime if he had not been manipulated by government agents, he may have an entrapment defense.  Even if the mark had committed a few similar crimes on a smaller scale, if the crime the government agents manipulated him to commit was on a much grander scale, entrapment might be argued.

Certainly, if the back-end of the sting operation included operatives that were trained to psychologically manipulate a mark’s emotions, and were responsible for significantly altering his state of mind, a jury would be interested in hearing an entrapment defense.  Here, it is interesting to note that Davis, although he pled guilty in court, reportedly told the court that the FBI “devised a scheme of entrapment and inducement targeting (him) under the pretext of friendship, and deception of lies.”³⁸ He may not even have a clue.

In an Anti-Defamation League Special Report released in August, 2011 titled: “The Lawless Ones: The Resurgence of the Sovereign Citizen Movement,” they list among law enforcement officers who have gone over to the dark side an FBI agent, also in Nevada, who joined the movement.  Was the agent formally an undercover operative who played the role so well he bought into the character?  Interestingly, the ADL reports that the agent plead guilty to tax evasion in May, 2009 after another FBI three year investigation into—money laundering.³⁹

That would be only two months before Sovereign Citizen national leader Samuel Davis was also indicted in Nevada on the same charge.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu knows Israel will have to go it alone to defend herself.  The economic sanctions in place against Iran, like most all economic sanctions, usually hurt the masses, but the powerful and wealthy are the last to be impacted.  Tyrants like Ahmadinejad see themselves living comfortably all the way to executing the final solutions, and remain undeterred.

In preparation for the unavoidable military strike, Netanyahu is calling for elections in Israel to be held one year early to free up his calendar for October, when President Barack Obama will be busy campaigning for reelection and Netanyahu will have put his own reelection behind him.¹

And other signs point to Netanyahu.

One comes from the First Temple, and was recently unearthed by archeologists.  It is a seal baring the name “Matanyahu” in the phrase “belonging to Matanyahu.”²  The rest of the inscription on the seal has been obliterated, as if this were the only pertinent information for our time of uncovering it. Matanyahu is the nearly the same as Netanyhu, and they mean Giving to God.³

From the First Temple to events which will shortly usher in the building of the Last Temple, the hour may indeed belong to Netanyahu. If Israel successfully neutralizes Iran’s nuclear facility, there may or may not be the coming nuclear war.  It depends on other responses, such as from Russia, who sees themselves extremely powerful and unrestrained in the face of an American president weak on national defense and reluctant to defend America’s allies.

If Netanyahu is successful, a nuclear war could be averted, for the time being. There is one coming to the area, and beyond, in the near future.  Iran has reached extreme threat level with their rhetoric and their nuclear progress.  Israel had to take Iraq’s first extreme threat level nuclear reactor back in 1981, and Russia, who sides with Iran, has nuke-o-plenty. It is a matter of time, and prophecy.  The fallout from the war will leave radioactive material that will keep special crews busy over seven months disposing of it (Eze 39:9-15). After that exchange, cataclysmic events will follow such as have never been seen on earth, nor never will be seen again, and then the last temple will be built.

This examination of public enemies was important to highlight a few important points regarding conspiracies. (part 12 )

Conspiracies  and Conspirators  It is easy for people to casually assent to some general ideas and join in principal to those espousing views which they find appealing at the time.  Also, every group or party attracts its own share of wingnuts who do not represent that groups positions, and a few who will twist its views to justify their own behavior.  That is what we call politics.  Furthermore, as the government enacts polices that force the nation towards National Socialism, it creates more groups that respond by encouraging resistance to that government’s transformation. For most Americans, the resistance encouraged will be that which takes place at the ballot box.

But it should never be forgotten that desperate times produce desperate men, and many of those men can be easily influenced; both overtly, and covertly—as the FBI recently proved with Davis.

In a money laundering sting operation, many do not consider the actual scope the manipulation takes to build the case.  The first that occurs to most minds are a couple of undercover crooked guys and maybe a few other money contacts.   It is not that simple.  That is only the front end of the operation.  The FBI trains in the most sophisticated forms of psychological character manipulation, and the teams bought in to work a guy over can be extensive.

The mark is enveloped from day one with specialists placed at every area of contact deemed necessary to work on the weaknesses in his profile.  When the manufactured case is brought to trial, the only team members revealed in the courtroom will be the non-undercover case supervisor, and the undercover money contacts to establish that money, indeed, exchanged hands.  What will not be revealed in court is the whole cast of characters.  For example, the team member planted in the coffee shop that the mark frequented, and who struck up a conversation with him and became a three year acquaintance.

This would be the specialist who would work on a facet of the marks profile to exacerbate it in order to motivate the mark to take action.  He would provide just the right information in exactly the right doses until the mark saw a mushroom cloud looming in the air only six months down the road, and was convinced of an imperative to act, to take the bait.  Is the mark lovelorn? Enter the damsel soon to be in distress; innocently falling victim to a financial calamity.   The FBI will place as many of these well trained specialists acting in any support role necessary to set the stage for success.  Key supporting team members may remain in place post-sting to be blended away later so as not to arose the mark’s suspicion of their real identities.

That’s how an FBI sting operation might go down, and those with no criminal record are especially vulnerable.  Let’s call the foregoing conjecture, but on this you can depend. Not to diminish the success, the case was manufactured.  In an undercover operation, the FBI brought the money, made the offer, got Davis and an accomplice to bite, and then brought the charges.

After Davis was found guilty in October, 2011, Judge James Mahan ordered Davis to serve 57 months in prison, and pay $93,000 in restitution.   What was it Davis was to restore?  Restitution usually implies there was some sort of property damage.

The crime duo was charged with accepting a total of 96,000 in fees form the FBI to launder 1.3 million for them.  It’s the FBI’s money (money the government couldn’t afford to let us keep), marked in some way or otherwise identified to prove that, and presumably the FBI can find its own money (to use for their next big case).

Perhaps the FBI was holding a grudge against the sovereign-bottom boys.  They had originally requested that the judge impose a $1.3 million forfeiture judgment against Davis.  Nevertheless, US Attorney Eric Johnson claimed that Davis wasn’t targeted in the sting due to his views.  Notwithstanding, a prosecutor can get a case to look a lot larger than it is, and appear to have accomplished something more important than they did, by attaching a bigger price tag to it.

To his credit, Judge Mahan reportedly tuned down the prosecution’s request as “unnecessary additional punishment.”³⁴ The judge also noted that Davis had no prior criminal record.

As this goes to print, there is a website online entitled Sovereign Citizens United (SCU).  A cursory view reveals there are no calls for violence, tax evasion, or other criminal activity, and they specifically claim in their mission statement not to endorse any of those activities.³⁵

The SCU may or may not be the sovereigns the FBI is targeting. The unifying theme of the articles on the site focuses mainly on private property concerns, the harm that Socialists in government cause, and United Nations Agenda 21 community redevelopment programs.

In short, Agenda 21 is sustainable living for the 21^st century with emphasis on high density dual purpose living and working centers located along main public transportation routes.  The goal is to establish open space land reserves and restrict public access to them to reduce environmental footprints.  A primary mechanism for this transformation is the increase in government housing and the decrease in private property rights.  Many local Agenda 21 programs have been afoot now for over a decade.

The United Nations operatives are implementing Agenda 21 development in cities across the nation using the Delphi technique in staged public meeting secretly prepopulated with shills and stakeholders who stand to benefit from development contracts.³⁶ They are an arm of the international socialists usurping the Constitution working to herd Americans into stack and pack housing camps.  It would be a fair deduction to make that the sovereigns would not be in favor of National, or International, Socialism.

This examination of public enemies was important to highlight a few important points regarding conspiracies.

We have a whole underground economy off the grid made up of millions of illegal aliens and other cash and carry workers who pay little more than sales tax.  And if you’re wealthy as General Electric you don’t pay any tax, but actually collect a $3.2 billion tax benefit.³⁰ (Part 10)

Of course, the Federal government is doing everything they can to stem the tide of these tax evaders; that’s why Obama’s Justice Department has sued states like Arizona³¹ and South Carolina³² who are desperately trying to address the flood of illegals financially sinking them because the Federal government refuses to defend our borders.

Actually, it seems the government is tenuous in making its case that the sovereigns are a serious national threat. What, exactly, could the sum damage of 100,000 individuals defying ‘government environmental regulations’ be?  Would the country experience black-outs as they stay up late and burn what’s left of their high-wattage blubs?  Would we experience drought due to them flushing their low-flow toilets twice (often required) instead of once?

Perhaps they also stymie government regulations by refusing the federally mandated, toxic mercury bulbs, and by burning candles instead.

A little research into this group pulls up a Wikipedia entry with several citations.  Among the other notorious crimes that profile these members of an international conspiracy are; driving with expired vehicle registration tags, and one guy who threatened to arrest his town mayor.

The official FBI website, under the heading Domestic Terrorism, lists a conviction for conspiracy for some sovereign members who were gullible enough to think that they could issue their own diplomatic immunity cards, and even sell them for $2000.³³

This outfit is certainly composed of diabolical, criminal masterminds.

The biggest fish netted thus far in the FBI’s campaign to protect us from the enemy is reportedly the group’s national leader.  After an extensive three year sting operation, the FBI, partnered with Southern Nevada Joint Terrorism Task Force, were able to get a conviction for sovereign’s 57 year old, virtual Moriarty; Samuel Davis—for money laundering.

It must have been a tough case to crack.  Apparently, Davis, a sophisticated national threat, was running his ideological think-tank from an old print shop. Pamphlets?

With public enemy number one vanquished, the government will then focus more intently on public enemy number two. (part 9 )

Refine the Enemy to Match Rising Political Opposition The phantom enemy proton gun can be pointed at anyone the government finds convenient to silence opposition. Firstly, and very subtly, go after the political opposition that poses the biggest threat to continued transition to the Nazi takeover.  Those in leadership will attack them in general terms, and on platform planks, but not usually by organizational name (they will sic the media on them to do that).  That way the leader will not appear to have prior knowledge of the conspiracy to destroy the pre-targeted organization.

Shortly afterwards, the government unleashes Operation Germination with strategically planted news stories and undercover operatives already in place.  This operation is a technique used to discredit the opposition as a dangerous radical group with national ties, and cause them to self-implode.

First, the government finds the always available fringe elements in society that share some of the opposition’s philosophies.  Of course, these radicals can be manufactured.  Then, those seeds are painted into the body of the opposition group.

Next, it will grossly overstate their numbers, and imply the opposition is terminally infected with these radicals. Then, it will reveal the radicals have been secretly steering the organization from behind the scenes until they could influence enough members to pull the trigger on a violent political uprising.  Finally, it will lead the public to this conclusion by creating a ‘Reichstag Fire’ with planted evidence pointing towards the enemy.

When the government controls the FBI and the media, it will begin the clandestine operation creating articles by issuing warnings that can run as ‘news’ stories like this one:

(Reuters) – Anti-government extremists opposed to taxes and regulations pose a growing threat to local law enforcement officers in the United States, the FBI warned on Monday. These extremists, sometimes known as “sovereign citizens,” believe they can live outside any type of government authority…. may refuse to pay taxes, defy government environmental regulations and believe the United States went bankrupt by going off the gold standard…. encounters with police can turn violent “at the drop of a hat,” said Stuart McArthur, deputy assistant director in the FBI’s counterterrorism division. “We thought it was important to increase the visibility of the threat with state and local law enforcement,” he said…J.J. MacNab, a former tax and insurance expert who is an analyst covering the sovereign movement, has estimated that it has about 100,000 members…. Sovereign members often express particular outrage at tax collection, putting Internal Revenue Service employees at risk.²⁹

This news report also claims two police officers were killed after a traffic stop of ‘sovereign’ members, and that local law enforcement agencies across the nation are clamoring for FBI special training.

But are they clamoring for special training after polished FBI special presentations on this ‘100,000’ member extremists organization, or due to their own local experiences with these extremists?  If the latter were the case, it would seem many more similar types of incidents would be reported.

The sovereigns are characterized as likely to defy the tax codes and avoid paying taxes.  One need not join their group, however, to neglect to pay federal and state income tax.

We have a whole underground economy off the grid made up of millions of illegal aliens and other cash and carry workers who pay little more than sales tax.  And if you’re wealthy as General Electric you don’t pay any tax, but actually collect a $3.2 billion tax benefit.³⁰

For someone not to surrender everything the government demands, that person is forcing seniors out onto the streets, closing schools and laying off  teachers, and taking food out of the mouths of children.  Such a person is decidedly an enemy of the people. (part 8 )

The National Socialists have only become this brazen in their rhetoric in the last few years.  Even for them, it would have been unthinkable a decade ago to publicly admit they believed a country couldn’t afford to allow people to become prosperous by keeping most of the money they earned, or that the country ‘can’t afford’ it when they do.  They can do that today because they’ve succeeded in creating a majority population dependent in some way on the government.  With over 50 % of the people on some sort of government assistance, the government really can’t afford not to confiscate more of people’s private wealth.

As governments around the world spring into action in response to failed socialist capitalism, we learn the real identity of the rich the government is targeting. For instance, as Social Security gets closer to failing steps are being taken in America to nationalize 401(k)’s and other private retirement plans.

In 2008 about 60% of Americans had $3 trillion in 401(k) accounts.  According to Congressman George Miller (sponsor; GIVE Act) at the time, however, those savings represented an “an inadequate vehicle.”²⁵ To get a clear understanding of where Miller wanted to go with the $3 trillion, look at one ‘vehicle’ he was considering licensing for the road.

It’s a new government mandated retirement program were everyone is forced to invest 5% percent of earnings annually in an account run by—Social Security Administration.  (This is the same Social Security Administration the government has managed to go into insolvency by 2020; 2037.²⁶) At the same time, tax breaks would be discontinued for 401(k)’s, and other measure would probably be taken to effectively eliminate them altogether.   Eventually, those billions in private accounts will be forcibly transferred into the Social Security slush fund for the government to continue raiding.

The reason is government debt brought on by too much spending, and one doesn’t need to look far to see the writing on the wall for American private retirement accounts.

In 2008 Argentina nationalized $24 billion in private retirement accounts to make up for falling tax revenue.  In 2010, Hungary gave their citizens an ultimatum to either deposit their private retirement savings in the state accounts, or lose their government retirement accounts.²⁷   The action was prompted by the fact that the government retirement program was running 900 billion forint in the red, and Hungary is only one of the falling dominos in the Eurozone collapse.

American is nearing 16 trillion dollars in debt, and has 100 trillion in unfunded liabilities.²⁸ There is no way it can pay its debt or make good on its promises, but to postpone the inevitable it will seize private accounts and continue the spending.

With public enemy number one vanquished, the government will then focus more intently on public enemy number two.
