Cap-and-Trade: New Definition

eci8xx66.JPGClimate just won’t cooperate with global warming conspirators.  On top of all the other record breaking rain and snow, now a record storm is scheduled to hit the east coast and drop 30″ of snow in D.C. area alone.  The National Weather Service is warning of “extremely dangerous winter weather conditions” as they track possibly the biggest storm to hit the region since records were kept.1  The president may not want to admit it, and the lying scientists are still lying, and Al Gore is still, well, Al Gore, but the informed man on the ground is redefining the term Cap-and-Trade to mean: make sure to wear a cap, and trade almost anything for a good snow shovel.
